Every business has a target or a goal that it aims to satisfy. A commercial activity entails any action that maximizes profit and satisfying human wants. The business cycle is said to be complete when the final product reaches the targeted consumer; else business is not complete. Business begins with identifying a viable idea, evaluating opportunities, mobilizing capital, production, distribution and eventually consumption. Analyzing a company does not entail looking at the outcome only. Instead, it is a comprehensive overview of the production stage all the way to distribution and consumption.
